If you have connected a sensor to the transmitter and then assign the values to the transmitter display, this value is bound to a specific serial number of a specific sensor and the transmitter doesn’t accept values from a sensor with different serial number, even if the sensor name is identical. This is due to the possibility of using more of the same DUPLEX sensors simultaneously. For example, to measure temperature on a 4-cylinder engine you have to use two MT300 EX sensors. These sensors will be automatically named MT300A and MT300B in the transmitter.

If you replace the sensor and you no longer see telemetry due to different serial number, you have to delete the assigned telemetry on the transmitter screen and then assign it again with a valid (current) sensor. Before this step, it’s also recommended to reset telemetry to delete old sensor data remaining in the list (see main menu→timers/sensors→sensors/logging setup→Auto=F1 button).
